Web Viewer Printer

The CASEWORKS Web Viewer/Printer module provides secure access to case data from remote locations via the Internet.  Customizable security models from CASEWORKS automatically control user access for a streamlined workflow. Any authorized user, e.g. investigators, detectives, district attorneys or other agency representatives can have immediate access to case information.

Remote users are able to easily locate the case they wish to view or print and simple steps walk you through the entire process:

                  - log in to the web server (users will see only the folders they are authorized to access)

                  - click the “find” icon, to locate the case you wish to view  (users only see cases they are authorized to see

                  - select the folder you wish to access to view thumbnails of the images

                  - users can select an image to zoom in on for viewing

                  - view image properties with a click of the mouse

                  - select one, several or all of the images to print

                  - to print a report choose the report you wish to print and select print options
